We are so sorry to share that due to sudden changes in US Customs regulations, Australia Post has temporarily suspended all parcel services to the United States & Puerto Rico, effective immediately.

This is completely outside of our control, and we know how disappointing this is for our US community. Here’s what it means:

✘ We cannot currently ship parcels to the US or Puerto Rico.

✘ If you have an order with us that has not yet shipped we will be in touch shortly.

Australia Post has shared they are working to launch a system that allows prepaid duties & taxes, which will let services resume. We’ll update you as soon as this solution is live.

We truly value our US customers and are so sorry for the disruption this may cause. Please know we are monitoring the situation closely and will keep you updated the moment we can begin shipping again.
