Measuring your Knicker Size
Measuring Your Waist
Step 1: Find your natural waist
Stand up straight and relax your stomach.
Bend slightly to one side - where your body naturally creases is your natural waistline.
Step 2: Wrap the Measuring Tape Around Your Waist
Hold a soft measuring tape around your natural waist.
Keep it snug but not too tight - you should be able to fit a finger between the tape and your skin.
Make sure the tape is parallel to the floor and isn’t twisted.

Measuring Your Hips
Step 1: Find the Fullest Part of your Hips
Stand with your feet together to get the most accurate measurement.
Locate the widest part of your hips and derrière.
Step 2: Wrap the Measuring Tape Around Your Hips
Use a soft measuring tape and wrap it evenly around your hips and derrière.
Keep the tape parallel to the floor and make sure it’s snug but not digging in.
Stand naturally, don’t suck in or push out your hips.
