Custom embroidered orders cannot be returned, changed or cancelled once shipped.

An order is "Returned To Sender" due to the incorrect shipping address, a failed delivery attempt or a missed collection from a parcel collection point.

If a parcel is returned to us because duties were not paid, we can issue a refund for the items returned. Please note, the refund will exclude DHL return shipping costs and a restocking fee, which is 10% of the total order value. We encourage our customers to review their local customs policies before placing an order to understand any potential charges they may incur upon delivery.

For orders shipped via DHL Express (international), customers selecting No-Signature Delivery agree to DHL's terms and conditions - giving release to DHL and Chouchou from all liability for any loss or damage that may result from delivering this shipment according to this request. If a parcel is missing or misplaced after delivery, customers must contact DHL Express directly for resolution, as Chouchou's responsibility ends once the parcel leaves our facility.
