All non-embroidered orders are processed and shipped from our warehouse
within 1-2 business days (Monday - Friday) of receiving your order. 

For all embroidered products, please allow an additional
2-3 business days for processing on top of standard and express delivery time frames.

If you place your order over a weekend or on a public holiday it will be processed
and sent out over the following business day (Monday – Friday).

Once your order has been shipped, you will receive notification via email which will include your unique tracking number.

CAN I CHANGE OR CANCEL MY ORDER?

If you would like to change your order please email hello@chouchouintimates.com with your order details as soon as possible and we will try and help!

Unfortunately if the order has already been shipped, we are unable to make any changes. Lucky for you, we have a great returns policy which you can read about here.

NOTE: Personalised orders cannot be returned, changed or cancelled once shipped.


MY PARCEL WAS RETURNED TO SENDER, WHAT NOW?

An order is "Returned To Sender" due to the incorrect shipping address, a failed delivery attempt or a missed collection from a parcel collection point.

DO I NEED TO PAY DUTIES AND TAXES FOR MY PARCEL?

International shipments may be subject to import taxes, duties and custom fees that are levied once the package reaches the country of destination, and are the responsibility of the recipient.
