We package and ship all orders with love from our warehouse in Sydney, Australia!
Orders are processed and shipped from our warehouse within 2-3 business days (Monday - Friday) of receiving your order.
For all embroidered products, please allow an additional 2-4 business days for processing on top of usual dispatch time frames
If you place your order over a weekend or on a public holiday, it will be processed and sent out over the following business day (Monday – Friday).
Australia and New Zealand ship with Australia Post. All other destinations ship with FedEx. Duties and import taxes are covered on all international orders, so there’s nothing extra to pay on delivery.

Delivery times are estimates and begin once your order has been dispatched. Please allow additional time for order processing. Transit times vary by destination, and customs processing or carrier delays may affect delivery.

Introducing 'Front of the Line' for $10AUD! Pay a little extra to move your order to the front, ensuring quicker processing and dispatch. Instead of a 1-2 day* processing time, enjoy the same day! Even if you have pre-order items, they get priority too.
CAN I TRACK MY ORDER?
Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a notification via email which will include your unique tracking number.

CAN I CHANGE OR CANCEL MY ORDER?
If you would like to change your order please email hello@chouchouintimates.com with your order details as soon as possible and we will try and help!
Unfortunately, if the order has already been shipped, we are unable to make any changes. Lucky for you, we have a great returns policy which you can read about here.
NOTE: Embroidered orders cannot be returned, changed or cancelled once shipped.
MY PARCEL WAS RETURNED TO SENDER, WHAT NOW?
An order is "Returned To Sender" due to the incorrect shipping address, a failed delivery attempt or a missed collection from a parcel collection point.

WILL I NEED TO PAY DUTIES OR TAXES ON DELIVERY?
All international orders are shipped Delivered Duty Paid (DDP), meaning applicable import duties and taxes are covered. You won’t need to pay additional import charges to receive your parcel.
