EU right of withdrawal

To cancel your order, please log in to your Shopify account, and you can cancel your order before it is dispatched.

If your order is being delivered to a country within the European Union (EU), you may have the right to withdraw from your purchase within 14 days of receiving your order under EU consumer protection laws.

To exercise this right, you must notify us within 14 days of receiving your order. Once you have notified us, you have a further 14 days to return the item(s).

Please refer to our Return Conditions to ensure your item(s) are eligible for return before submitting your withdrawal request, as certain products may be exempt from the Right of Withdrawal for hygiene reasons.

Once we receive your request, our team will review it in accordance with our Returns Policy and applicable EU consumer legislation.

ELIGIBLE ITEMS

• You may return any item (except Final Sale items & Underwear) within 30 days of delivery, as long as the item is unwashed, in original condition, and in undamaged packaging.

HYGIENE STANDARDS

• Any item to be returned must be in unused and unsoiled condition with tags still attached and no odours (including perfumes).
• All returns are carefully inspected by our QC team. We reserve the right to refuse returns that do not meet our hygiene standards, in line with our returns policy.

EXCLUDED ITEMS

• Underwear cannot be returned due to hygiene regulations (under applicable EU consumer law).
• Underwear includes Thong/Tanga/Brief/Boyshort/Teddy/Onesie
• Bras, Loungewear, Sleepwear are not considered Underwear and may be returned/exchanged if they meet our policy.
