Step 1: Preparation to Measure

Use a flexible measuring tape: If you don’t have one, use a piece of string and measure it against a ruler

Wear a Non-Padded Bra: A well-fitted, non-padded bra that provides natural support without volume.

Step 2: Measuring Your Under Bust

Wrap the measuring tape snugly just under your bust, where the bra band would sit.

Make sure the tape is firm but not too tight - you should be able to breathe comfortably.

Ensure the tape is level all the way around.

Round up to the nearest whole number if needed.

Step 3: Measuring Your Bust

Wrap the measuring tape around your bust at it’s fullest point (across the nipples).

Keep the tape parallel to the floor and snug but not tight.

Breathe naturally and relax your posture.

Round up to the nearest whole number if needed.

Once you have your Under Bust and Bust measured, you can use these measurements to find your size in our Size Chart.
