Runs extremely small

The quality of my Chou Chou undies was immaculate!! But IMO, the sizing is way off. I measured myself and was a true Medium, but all of my knickers were too small. Id recommend sizing up! Unfortunately, I'm in the US and it would cost the same to ship them back for a refund, so I'm just going to deal with too small undies.
